Good Things Come To Those Who Go Out And ______ Earn It.
So you let me tell you a story how I nearly had a heart attack. This morning was good, met a little Sheila Aussie friend and had a lunch which neither of us could finish. Damn Germans and their immense portions.
Ok, so caught a flight to Rome which was delayed, which meant we missed out train. An Italian, deffo not so stallion, had the worst intention to try help us miss our LAST train from Rome to Naples. So we had 4 minutes to run from one side of the platform (there are 23 of the fucking things) to the other side. Scraping the last train to Napoli which ended in free tea and biscuits as we couldn’t speak Italian we got more biscuits, Salty or sweet.
This is katie showing how stressful today has been.
Climbing up a volcano tomorrow.. Bleddy el.
Today has been a VERY good last day in Munich. Katie Orr (2014) “you ate a hot dog and have seen two sausage dogs in the space of half an hour”. I nearly cried. We also visited Tierpark Munich zoo, it was super sunny, shopping trip in the city centre and had the most amazing Mexican. BEST DAY EVER. Naples tomorrow.
Sorry I didn’t put one up yesterday, but yes I’m alive and yes I saw a sausage dog at breakfast and nearly knocked my Frankfurt sausages onto the floor.
But yesterday Amy said bye :’( and “Faff & Pencil” adventures continued to Munich. 6 hours train journey was not fun but we got here! And nowhere does English menus.. So we are guessing things to eat and “accidentally” got one of these bad boys each!
Our travels from Brugge to Amsterdam consisted of completing logo quiz game and becoming expect level at sudoku. Finally getting to Amsterdam we found this gal. Didn’t realise that Netherlands were playing tonight and beat Spain 5-1… Which meant we were walking on death row with drink/stoned drivers. Excellent experience.
